Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is a priority for us and we want you to feel confident that the items you order will meet and exceed your expectations. In the rare event that they do not or you decide that the items are not required then our returns policy and procedure are detailed below.

Returns and Cancellations Policy
We have a no quibble returns and refunds policy. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, simply return it to us in an unused condition complete with all the packaging and instructions within 90 days for a full refund of the product price. In addition if you are in a EU country you can decide to cancel your order within 7 days and you are covered by the EU cooling off period and are eligible for a partial or full refund of postage as well. In the event the item is not as described or arrives damaged or is faulty within 90 days we will provide a replacement if still available or refund including delivery as you require.

All refunds will be processed within 7 days of recieving the product back.

After 90 days all items are still covered by our 1 year return to base guarantee. Please note your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Procedure
Once the order has been despatched it is the customers responsibility to return any items with a note of your name, address and whether you require replacement or refund to:-
