Him Enterprises Ltd are a UK based company that specialise in Gifts for Men. All orders are shipped from the UK. The company was founded in 1997 and has a shop in Worthing (West Sussex), a FREE Mail Order Catalogue that is distributed throughout the UK and this website www.mensgiftshop.com which ships all over the world.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Secure Online Shop, and click on the Add To Shopping Cart Button for any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. You can check and make alterations to your order by selecting the "Shopping Cart" tab at anytime. After you have finished your selection, click on the "Checkout" tab and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. All prices are shown in UK Pounds and include VAT.
The only additional charge is postage and packing wich is dependant upon your shipping country and speed of delivery.
In the UK we charge a flat £4.90 to cover postage and packaging for orders under £75. Orders over £75 get FREE STANDARD DELIVERY within the UK. Express delivery is £9.50 per order, please call our orderline on (01903) 200456 to check stock and order.
Many of our items are heavy or bulky and are not shippable outside of the UK but we do ship smaller items to various countries and this cost is calculated by the weight of your order. Please see the shipping and handling section for more details on cost and speeds of shipping to locations outside of the UK.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch/Maestro and do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

WEEE Regulations
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
Much of the UK's WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
HIM Enterprises Ltd is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
For example, if a customer bought a new Weather Station from us we would accept their old Weather Station and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. You can either visit our Shop at 133 Montague Street, Worthing, BN11 3BP or send your item to HIM, 133 Montague Street, Worthing, BN11 3BP and include details of your new purchase and clearly mark it as a WEEE return. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning any item.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
Shipping And Handling
DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK
There is a standard one off delivery charge of £4.90 for orders under £75 to cover postage and packaging which is added to all orders. ORDERS OVER £75 GET FREE STANDARD DELIVERY. Although we will despatch your goods within 4 working days delivery can take upto 3 days so allow a week for your order to arrive.
We offer an Express Service either by courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of £9.50 per order. This is a next working day service with order recieved by 2pm being shipped the same day.

Please help us deliver your order in an efficient manner by providing as much information as possible. We use a mixture of Royal Mail and a Courier service for our deliveries and most orders require a signature upon deleivery. If you are not in they will leave a card unless you inform us of a secure place or a friendly neighbour where they can leave the order. ALTERNATIVELY YOU CAN ENTER AN DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS FOR YOUR ORDER WHERE SOMEONE IS NORMALLY IN.
WE SHIP TO ANYWHERE IN THE UK INCLUDING THE HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS OF SCOTLAND, ISLE OF WIGHT, ISLE OF MAN AND NORTHERN IRELAND. (Please note that some of the larger items are not available in these locations if in doubt please call)
DELIVERY TO REST OF EUROPE
We use the small packet Air Mail service and are therefore limited to sending orders which weigh less than 2KG in total. This website should restrict you from placing an order over 2KG if you are outside of the UK. The service takes 4-7 Days depending on your location and costs £5.50 up to 300g, £8.30 301g - 750g, £11.80 751g-1.25KG and £17.50 from 1.25KG up to 2KG.
DELIVERY TO REST OF THE WORLD
We use the small packet Air Mail service and are therefore limited to sending orders which weigh less than 2KG in total. This website should restrict you from placing an order over 2KG if you are outside of the UK. The service takes 5-10 Days depending on your location and costs £6.50 up to 300g, £12.50 301g - 750g, £18.50 751g-1.25KG and £27.50 from 1.25KG up to 2KG.
Back Orders
In the event that one of your items is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
All our prices include VAT where applicable.
Credit Card Security
We use Actinic Payments to process Credit and Debit Cards. All card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption and the server uses SSL security. When you get to the stage of your order that you are asked to enter your card details you will notice a small padlock appear in your browser. We do not see your card details as they are held securely by Actinic Payments. We only process your payment when your order is ready for packing. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is a priorty for us and we want you to feel confident that the items you order will meet and exceed your expectations. In the rare event that they do not or you decide that the items are not required then our returns policy and procedure are detailed below.
Returns and Cancellations Policy
We have a no quibble returns and refunds policy. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, simply return it to us in an unused condition complete with all the packaging and instructions within 30 days for a full refund of the product price. In addition if you are in a EU country you can decide to cancel your order within 7 days and you are covered by the EU cooling off period and are eligible for a partial or full refund of postage as well. In the event the item is not as described or arrives damaged or is faulty within 30 days we will provide a replacement if still available or refund including delivery as you require.
All refunds will be processed within 7 days of recieving the product back.
After 30 days all items are still covered by our 1 year return to base guarantee. Please note your statutory rights remain unaffected.
